The Sandia Peak Tramway is the World’s Longest Aerial Tramway.

It sweeps you from the Base Terminal to over 10,000 feet above sea level at the Sandia Peak. Once there you can have lunch or dinner at the High Finance Restaurant and Tavern.

In the winter, Albuquerque skiers avoid the long drive around the mountain to the Sandia Peak Ski Area, by taking the Tram right to the top of the runs.

Taking the 360° Virtual Tour, you’ll stand in the Lobby at the Base Terminal. While waiting for your Flight you can step out on the Deck at the Base Terminal. Then you can step inside the Blue Tram Car while it’s parked at the Base Terminal. After the 20 minute ride up, you can look around, seeing for miles, at the Top of the Tram. The new Four Seasons Visitor Center lets you keep warm while waiting to take the trip back down in the winter when the wind blows. The view from the Deck between the Tram and High Finance Restaurant offers views almost to Arizona.
